Call and speak with a Vanguard® Participant Services Associate. When you call Participant Services, you can get answers to your questions or help with transactions Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, or 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Pacific time.
